Telegraph Avenue
Much like Haight Ashbury, Berkeley’s Telegraph Avenue is rich with history. Now it’s mainly an assortment of boutique shops, food, and head shops. It sits at the southern end of UC Berkeley’s campus and right below the University’s frat row.

Gourmet Ghetto
The Gourmet Ghetto sits is north of UC Berkeley’s Campus and home to some amazing foods. Be sure to check out the cheeseboard for a slice of pizza, or even just a cheese roll… Seriously, these things are good. Or if you’d like some fine dining, Alice Water’s Chez Panisse is across the street, along with Cesar’s and Thai food down the street. Lines at cheeseboard can be long. So prepare yourself for a bit of a wait.
